Food Network
I am one of those people that are addicted to food network. I never get a chance to watch TV but when I can, I usually switch it to food network. It’s easy to watch and I learn something. This past weekend I went to a food network event at the Showboat in Atlantic City.
Heat Wave

When the new issue of my magazine finally comes out you have to read my article, Catching Up.” You cant even believe what has been going on in my life recently. It’s all because I drive so much, so things will inevitably happen that you cant do too much about. The more you do something
Catching Up
In my online magazine (Yoga Bean Magazine- www.yogabeanmagazine.com ) I have a column, that I write, called “Catching Up.” It’s a very apropos article title as I always seem to be trying to do just that; catch up!
